Jordan Ranch is a charming, 1,350-acre master-planned community located just a mile south of I-10 in Fulshear, Texas, situated off 359 and 1093. Residents enjoy excellent access to Katy, Grand Parkway (99), and the Energy Corridor. Developed by Johnson Development Corporation in 2015, Jordan Ranch offers a distinctive living experience with its unique "agri-hood" concept, integrating an onsite farm alongside modern amenities. It also includes about 80 acres of commercial space, schools, and churches. 

What’s the neighborhood like in Jordan Ranch? 

Jordan Ranch is a family-friendly community of 3,000+ homes. Here you’ll find a tight-knit community where neighbors look out for each other, creating a safe and friendly atmosphere for residents. Since its development in 2015, Jordan Ranch continues to evolve and grow. If you are looking for new construction, there are plenty of floor plans and models to choose from among its nine builders.

Price Ranges: Jordan Ranch offers homes across a wide range of prices, ensuring there are plenty of options available for people with different budgets and preferences. Home sizes range from 1,600 to over 3,700 square feet. Lot sizes range from 5,000 to more than 15,000 square feet. Prices for Jordan Ranch homes typically start at $300,000. Bigger properties can sell for upwards of $800,000. Over the past year, the community has seen steady sales activity, with homes averaging around 2,656 square feet. From 5/1/2023 – 5/1/2024, 291 homes sold in Jordan Ranch with an average sold price of $493,082.
