I am proud to say that I am a lifelong resident of Washington County and the Brenham area. I have been a full time realtor since 2006. Real estate has been my only career and I could not imagine doing anything else. I LOVE my job!! I attended Blinn College in Brenham and Texas A&M University. I joined Two S Realty in 2011 and was the Top Producer in 2012. I enjoy helping both buyers and sellers have a smooth and easy transaction and take away the stress of buying and selling property. I strive to work hard for my clients and provide them with the results they need. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful daughters, Natalie and Olivia, who are 6th generation Washington County residents!! Home is not a place, its a feeling. I have been enjoying the sweet life in Brenham for 13 years. My family made the move from Houston, where I was born and raised. I quickly fell in love with the history, the community, and the small town feel that Brenham offers. My husband and I have two wonderful kids. Melanie Holton is the Broker-Owner of CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston in 1994. She worked as a paralegal at one of the top international law firms in downtown Houston for 10 years before obtaining her real estate sales associate license in 2004. In 2004, she joined an independent real estate company where she remained the top producer for several years. She furthered her education by securing her broker license in 2011 so that she could focus her attention on operating a real estate company and a property management company. In 2012, she purchased the independent real estate company and made it her own by moving the office to a supreme location, implementing progress, and setting the stage for further improvements. In October 2014, she became an affiliate of the CENTURY 21® System and is proud to call her company CENTURY 21 Holton Realty. She strives to be the best in the industry and works hard every day to further her education and experience. She is dedicated to giving her clients the highest level of service in achieving their real estate goals. She is a wife, mother of four, member of First Baptist Church-Brenham, former Secretary of the Krause Elementary School PTO for 9 years, broker-owner of We Manage Properties, previous Vice President of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce and a successful real estate broker. She is a current Certified Property Manager candidate with IREM, and also a HAR Social Media Pro! She loves to spend time camping and being with her family. She is ready to serve you!

Savannah Schulz Gutierrez is a third generation resident of Washington County and has grown up working in her family's construction business. She graduated from Brenham High School, earned an AA degree from Blinn College and a BA degree in Business from Sam Houston State University in 2008. She has been in the real estate business since 2005 and has enjoyed helping many people make their dreams come true by becoming homeowners. Her construction industry background provides her additional insight and creativity into possibilities for remodeling projects as well as new construction projects. She is active in the community through volunteer outreach programs like Washington County Ladies Lions, PTO, member of the Christ Lutheran Church, the American Legion Auxiliary and the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Savannah is married with three kids, and two dogs.
