I assumed ownership of his business in 2010, and currently, I'm the broker/owner of Texas Legacy Properties. An experienced realtor, I help clients buy and sell property across the Houston metropolitan area. Although foreclosures have long been my specialty, I have expertise in the broader real estate market with more than 500+ closed transactions over the span of my career. In my spare time, you'll find me tinkering with my '79 Camaro, gardening, grilling, or hitting the walking trail with my dogs Rip and Finney!

I've been married to my high school sweetheart, Mike, since 1982.

We have been blessed with with two sons, a daughter, 2 daughter-in-laws, and 6 Grandchildren.

We are members of HNW Church where I teach the Third Grade Sunday School Class and am a Volunteer with the Welcome Committee.

My hobbies are: Beach Vacations, Spending Time with my Grandchildren & Studying God's Word.

Kenya "Keni" Turner is a leader and professional with a passion and affinity for helping others. She spent 22 years in Human Resources Management coaching, leading and developing teams in corporate organizations.

It was a natural and desired career change to pivot to Real Estate, where Keni continues to help others by providing high-level customer service in assisting her clients in finding their next home.
