I have lived in the east Houston area for about 30 years and for about 20 of those years I worked in different areas of the legal field, including real estate. Through that experience I bring to my clients, ethics, attention to detail and excellent customer service and my commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations. Most important to me is providing the highest level of service to my clients in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. As your full-time realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to my client's wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. My clients can count on me any time of day when they have questions or concerns. When I'm not with my clients, or tending to their real estate needs, you can find me enjoying time with my family. I am a proud Mom, Nana and wife. We raised our three children, in Liberty and Chambers County, and now I have three granddaughters and one grandson. My oldest son is in the oil industry, my daughter is a teacher in Dayton ISD and my youngest is in the Army. My family's roots are here and I want to do my part to see my grandchildren grow in an area that they can be proud to say "this is home".

Hello and please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Latisha Bradshaw A Native to Liberty County, I was raised and grew up in Tarkington and Dayton. I am a Class of 1992 Alumni from Tarkington High School. I currently reside with my family in Dayton. Being a Realtor allows me to work from my home office and still be a full time Mom. I completed my Real Estate Education in 2018 and I am licensed to practice through the Texas Real Estate Commission. I have always had a passion for real estate, design and decorating. Being a full time Realtor allows me to have a Career that I love and that I am so very passionate about. Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Samantha has a passion as big as the Lone Star State for real estate and a knack for making her client's dreams come true. She believes in greeting each new day as an opportunity to serve, grow, and make a difference. Samantha graduated from Colorado Technical University where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resources.

Samantha's business experience is centered in the field of accounting and finance. She spent three years as staff accountant for a local bank and lending institution before accepting a position as an Audit Defense Consultant for a sales tax accounting firm. She quickly made herself an asset to the company through her hard work, client acquisition, and dedication to her portfolios. After five years at the firm, she took an opportunity with an oilfield services company to be the financial Controller. The experience Samantha has in the industry of finance coupled with the education and development of interpersonal skills has led to the perfect combination to be successful in fulfilling her client's needs throughout a real estate transaction. Her goal is complete satisfaction and to exceed her client's expectations, making the entire process a positive, exciting, and fun experience.

Samantha's down time is spent with the love of her life, her husband, Derrick, and with their 5 children. They enjoy boating and various water sports, and have a fierce love of sportscars and horsepower. Their dream is to one day fully restore a classic hotrod together. Family is her #1 priority, and she is extremely grateful to have their unending support in her business and their unconditional love.
