Hi, my name is Shanon Royko. I grew up in a small oilfield and farming community in Northwestern Canada. Big moves are no stranger to me as when the opportunity arose to transfer to Houston my husband Dave, our two children and I were excited to take on the adventure. Of course I must admit the warmer climate was very persuasive. We moved to the Kingwood-Porter area in 1996 and have been proud to call it “home” ever since. After graduating college my professional career took on a political path where I worked with legislation, contracts and accounting. Once moving to Texas and with much hard work and dedication we eventually owned and operated a small oilfield instrumentation company. Being a “nester” at heart I have always dabbled in home decorating and remodeling and feel very blessed that I am now able to pursue a career in Real Estate. My proudest project was designing and landscaping our back yard. I love the outdoors and one can usually find me gardening, re-finishing a piece of furniture, or enjoying a good Texas bar-b-q surrounded by family and friends. I have been an active Texas Real Estate Agent since 1993. I primarily got my license to do apartment locating but in 1999 I made the decision to sell homes.  I was born in Houston and had lived there before moving to Kingwood in 1997. I am married and have five children. I know first hand how important a good community and great schools are. I can work Kingwood and surrounding Houston areas. I have done business with Sellers, Buyers, Renters, and Investors. I have found my passion in selling homes and working with people to help fulfill such a crucial investment. I make it a priority to learn what my client's desire and go to any extreme to guide them through each stage of the transaction. "Committed to helping you" is my slogan, and I am sticking to it.

Kendra Lee was born and raised in Columbus Nebraska but has been a part of the Kingwood community for 19 years now. Family is very important to her. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, arts & crafts, working out, bike riding, & of course, shopping. Before becoming a realtor in Texas, she was a sales rep for an oilfield service company out of New Orleans for 9 years. She has always enjoyed sales so it was no surprise that her next course in life would be to become a real estate agent. She began her career in real estate 13 years ago. Currently she is the Branch Manager for the Lake Houston Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene office. Her dedication to real estate has contributed to her success, becoming an award-winning sales agent and multimillion-dollar producer. Her passion for helping others build their business helped her to mentor a team and share award-winning techniques.
