Carsen was born and raised in Texas. Growing up in East Texas, he became familiar with the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area like the back of his hand. Later, moving to Houston, Texas, Carsen graduated from Clear Falls High School in League City, Texas. Living in the area, he became familiar with not only League City, but Kemah, Clear Lake, Seabrook, Pearland, and Downtown Houston. After high school, Carsen moved to Tyler, TX and persued his associates degree at Tyler Junior College prior to his choice of persuing his interest in Real Estate. While in Tyler, he worked at a East Texas Title Company, which allowed him to gain knowledge on the process between the Buyer and the Seller exchanging possession. Moving to The Woodlands, Carsen then decided to complete his real estate courses at the renowned Champions School of Real Estate. Completing his courses in a shockingly short amount of time of 10 days, Carsen was recognized by Founder and CEO, Rita Santamaria. In a matter of 30 days, Carsen was licensed and ready to serve his community with assisting in all of their real estate needs. Now located in Kingwood, Carsen has acquired yet another location to assist you in your buying and/or selling needs. Having lived all across the state, Carsen is more than prepared and educated to assist you. Brittany is a small town Texas native, a military spouse, and a mom of two boys. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business and Human Resources from Liberty University as well as an Associates of Arts. She is a top 100 producer, has been featured on House Hunters on HGTV, was January 2020 Centerfold of Hampton Roads Real Producers Magazine, and was recognized as Top 50 Women in Real Estate for the south side. She has a strong passion for helping others reach their full potential. This has lead her to grow and coach a team, that is also climbing the top producing ladder.

I am originally from California and made Houston my home in 1997. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and an extensive background in customer service. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. When I'm not assisting my clients with all their real estate needs, I am spending time with my 3 children. We are very active in our church youth group and also enjoy donating our time to charities, such as Meals on Wheels and the Houston Food Bank. As a licensed Realtor, I dedicate my time and energy to effectively giving the public the best home buying experience. I strive to always go above and beyond for my clients, buyers and sellers alike.
