She worked for a small office for 4 years as a sales agent prior to obtaining her brokers license and opening Southern Realty in Summer 2014. Her experience ranges from lease homes around Lake Conroe to large rural acreage tracts out in the country. She has a passion for selling homes and assuring that both her buyers and sellers are happy with their transaction. Her primary market areas are Montgomery, Walker, Grimes, San Jacinto, Harris, Galveston, Brazoria and Liberty counties, but she works all over the state. After a successful 17 year career in the Glass Art business in North Houston, Lauri chose real estate in North Houston as a wonderful opportunity to work with interesting people from throughout the world who lead exciting and dynamic lives. She was born in Louisiana and moved to Houston in 1964. As a top Multi million dollar producer year after year, she knows her territory and is eager to apply her knowledge to assist her clients. Having lived in United Arab Emirates, India, West Africa and South Africa as an expatriate, she is at ease working with international clientele. Dawn came to the Lake Livingston area as a weekender in the 1970's. She relocated to Coldspring in 1994 with her husband and two children. A graduate of Texas A&M, Dawn reentered the workforce as a math teacher. Her introduction to real estate in 2012 was the catalyst to pursue a career where she can be of service to the community that has become her home. With a heart for people and continuing education, Dawn has pursued additional education in real estate to further her knowledge and expertise in the field. In addition to her current real estate designations (GRI, CNE, SMP, and CSMS), she obtained her broker's license in 2017 in an effort to better serve her clientele. Customer service and attention to detail are a high priority in her business. Dawn is a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Abbie Holland is a proud fourth generation Montgomery County resident . She has seen Montgomery County develop into the thriving area it is today. When she started in this business in 2007 her top priority was to build lasting relationships with clients and REALTORS and she has stayed true to that mindset. After being an agent for several years she decided that management was the next step to a fulfilled career. She managed a franchise office for several years but she was never satisfied with what the brand delivered. She saw a need for a company that provided a great culture and innovation within the industry while providing exceptional service to consumers. She wanted to be a part of something different so she opened her own franchise brokerage, Realty One Group Experience. After 6 years and building the company to more than 100 agents she sold her interest to her business partner in July 2021. Abbie opened another independent brokerage, Holland Homes, in August 2021 to focus on her clients and grow independently. Experience to the consumer is the number one priority for Abbie and her team. At Holland Homes their main focus is providing a customized plan for all of their clients and by doing this they work as a team to fulfill the clients needs and desires. Abbie and her husband, Jason, not only work in Montgomery County but they raise their two children there and are happy to call Montgomery County their home.
